Product Engineer:

The Product Engineer will join a jewellery focused company which leads in core markets and provides essential software and services to take independent jewellers online for the very first time.

You will support the development of quality products by collaborating with all members of the team, alongside taking pride and ownership over your own projects. This will be mainly backend; however, frontend capabilities are desirable as the tech stack centres on Node, React and a side line of TypeScript.

They offer a competitive salary of up to £70K which is dependent upon experience + Flexible Working + Provision of Equipment + Bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Uphold mainstream tasks within the scrum team and appropriate the product and technical knowledge required to present your contributions.
• 70% backend focusing on Node and React.
• Successfully projecting your software your team to customers.
• Working on designing and improving the backend, particularly ecommerce platforms and internal tools.

Experience:

• Must have depth and breadth of experience as a Backend Developer focused on Node.js. Software Engineering developing commercial software using TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Solid Experience with React.js.
• Experience of working with TypeScript, not essential but desirable.

Salary

Location

You will join an office in London with hybrid working, and you will have the opportunity to travel into the office twice a week.
