PRODUCT OWNER Full Time Permanent

Product Owner:

You will join an award-winning prestigious travel company, who have villas and hotels located across the Mediterranean and Southern Europe. They are a family-run business and they have been established for over 40 years.

Responsibilities:

• Design and specification of front-end and back-end solutions to urgent business requirements.
• Interfacing with business teams directly to gather requirements and translate these into actionable work tickets for the development team
• Ensure that work tickets incorporate quality assurance such as accepting criteria testing requirements
• Ensure that non-functional requirements are considered e.g. performance, security, compliance and technical debt
• Provide UAT in collaboration with business digital champions
• Take part in the sprint cycle meetings, stand-ups and lead the sprint planning process

Skills and Experience:

• At least 2 years’ experience working with agile development teams
• Experience in Jira, Confluence and agile product management
• CMS experience ideally with Umbraco
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to propose solutions to complex technical or business problems
• Experience with web analytics beyond basic GA tracking ideally with an ROI or Yield Focussed environment
• Experience of structured testing and quality assurance approaches
• A positive and cooperative individual who will work effectively across departments and within a team

Salary:

They offer an outstanding salary package of £85-90K + Hybrid Working + Performance-Related Bonus + Annual Worldwide Travel Insurance Policy + 25 Days’ Holiday + Friends and Family Discounts on Holidays + Cycle to Work Scheme.

Location:

They are located in Richmond, and you will be expected to attend the office 2 days per week on a hybrid working basis.
