Senior Python Developer
The Senior Python developer will join a company whereby educating and inspiring their audiences is at the forefront, as they produce material which resonates with content marketers, to allow for interests of the key demographic to be identified.
You will join will leaders in design within the marketing industry to administer innovative cleantech solutions across the globe, to achieve the customisation of suggestions for optimal user experiences.
You will utilise agile methodologies and rely upon your knowledge and experience in Python to manage the Back-end Development team and projects.

Responsibilities:
- Establishing goals for the backend development team and collaborating with them to mentor, coach and lead the team effectively.
- Identify and implement high standard coding practices and guidelines.
- Engage with architect resolutions to reduce performance complications, complexity or solution fragility.
- Create robust solutions using agile methodologies.
- Resolve bugs and issues.
Experience:
- Outstanding experience in Python including collective understanding of alternative frameworks.
- In-depth back-end experience within a production environment.
- Must have a genuine passion for solving difficult issues within the system.
- Expertise in DevOps (CI/CD).
- Prior experience within team lead position.
- Kubernetes/Docker are nice to have.
Salary:
